Ornamental fish species such as Koi, tropical fish and other aquarium fish, require an environment that mimics the natural environment from which they originate. Most fish keepers use potable mains water for ponds and tanks. This water is purified to remove particulate matter, by processes such as settling and flocculation. BaoBio Naturale is dosed at a rate of 10 to 20g / m3 per week. The dose can be safely varied based on stocking density and the existing quality of water to be treated.

Description and usage instructions

BaoBIO Naturale is a high purity montmorillonite clay (98% min) originating from ancient indigenous deposits. It has a wide spectrum of trace minerals and micro-nutrients. BaoBIO Naturale is used extensively for replenishment of these minerals in reticulated water systems such as koi ponds and aquariums. Routine use will result in an improvement in water quality, appetite and enhance the lustre and brightness in koi and other ornamental fish species.

Directions for Use:

1) In ponds measure 20 grams of BaoBIO Naturale per 1000 litres of pond water into a suitable container. Add water (1l/20grams) and mix thoroughly.
2) In aquariums add 2 grams per 1000 litres aquarium water. Add water (100ml/2grams) and mix thoroughly.
3) Pour mixture, distributing rapidly around the pond or tank.
4) The water will take on a murky appearance which will clear within 24 hrs resulting in clear sparkling water.
5) Addition at the rate of 5% to food results in improved health of fish digestive systems.
6) Can be used more frequently when necessary.
